Hi bdp,
What do you want to do? LEGO is a very expensive kit.
You can probably do many things with the same money.
LEGO is not allowed in competitions.

Bobjee,
Vikas is bringing out a kit and that looks good-

I have a simple kit for begginers which is being modified at present.

absolutely correct...
so if u r thinking of pushing such sstuffs for competitions... better u be aware of it now only...

u can do away wid a much cheaper price if u make d robot from scraps wid ur hand and believe me... tat ll give u ultimate satisfaction...

What you all have said is correct but I think Lego gives one advantage that is you can model your robot in anyshape you wish with utmost ease. So its kind of nice kit if you want to experiment with the basic structure of the robot itself
