Hi,

Have you heard of a software called Proteus. With Proteus you can do anlog, digital and mixed mode circuit simulation. It Includes virtual models for PIC, AVR etc. virtual instruments such as oscilloscope, logic anlyser, virtual terminal etc. You can load your .hex, .cof, .cod files etc in the uP and run the simulation. Very nice prog !!

Hi,

I would be writing an intro about Proteus very soon, not getting enough time. Yes a basic chess is implemented in an AVR uC. I've tried, it's cool !!

Is it good. I have NL, and it works satisfactorily, they say that it does not give attention to detail (ie, it has one type of each component and you set the values yourself).

Thanks
