hello people... :-)

am ram from bangalore doing my VIII sem in ECE from bangalore...

for our final year project, one section needs the use of instrumentation amplifier to amplify biological signals... these are extremely low voltage signals...

so to amplify them we are looking for specialized ICs such as AD622, AD620 or INA126P....

i copuldn get any of them in bangalore... i enquired in chennai... they are quoting a very high price here...

friends, can anyone of u in some part of the country help us out on this please?????

looking for ur positive replies.... :-)

It is easy enough to design and fabricate a differential amplifier using available op-amps.

Those Ins. amplifiers will be expensive due to their unavailability or due to their nature.

So give it a try instead of running all over for those exotic amps.

Quite correct.. instrumentation amps are easy enough to build using opamps like the IC 741. I'm in the 2nd year, and a couple of my classmates were building one for their end sem project in Analog Electronics. I don't know if they finished it, though...
