For ISP chips:
robokits.org has the cheapest ones.
There are many other site too.Checkout the wiki (on the top left corner of this page).

use NXP's 8051 series..they come with a bootloader..no external programmer required

P89V51RD2 is not available now a days.

I donot think so.. no such information is present on NXP's website nor is there any problem with vendors out here..
