Hi,


I am trying to make a , TIP 122 & TIP 127 based 5A h-bridge motor driver .
can anybody please tell me , How can I test it without using a micro controller .

replace the n-channel FET with TIP122 and P-ch. with TIP 127


there are various variants of the standard h bridge on the internet.....

So the next time you post,google your query first.

And to check without a uC,simply connect the motors to te bridge and give appropriate signals from a power supply (can use 4k7 resistors in between) to the bridge.

If you are going to run it continuously at 5A , TIPs are going to get VERY hot (5 A is their rating) so either put a LARGE heatsink or go for MOSFETs.
