I'm preparing a prototype small UAV which runs on 9V battery,
Now advice me I want a fan of 15 cm for my project,
whether they are available for buying,
else how can I make my own.

Don't know much about micro controllers,can you suggest me any
I want to use it for my UAV.
1. minimum battery usage
2.maximum memory supported
3.and fast execution

@neo541: Glad that helped!

As for microcontollers, Try the AVR's with picoPower, or PIC's with nanoWatt. There are Application Note's on the respective manufacturers website with some more info how to make the controntroller last a long time on batteries.
Infact if you google, you will find some excellent examples of battery powered, microcontroller based designs; which can last on a single coin-cell for as much as one year!
