hi guys!!

i m using two stepper motors for my micromouse..
so in order to control them and drive them i m using uln2803..

http://www.electro-tech-online.com/attachments/micro-controllers/1732-uln2803-stepper-motor-circuit-help-2803.gif

so as shown in the diagram will i have to use two stepper drivers??
can i drive both my steppers using 1 uln2803??

what is the difference between two diags??
what is the significance of four zeners in first n only 1zener in the 2nd??
which circuit is appropriate to use??

my stepper specification is 500mA,6-12V..

and how to select the zener diode for the circuit??
i mean what should be the appropriate value of zener diodes to be used for my motor specification??

plz help..

Hi...
First of all.. Not able to see the circuit Diagram...

You dont have to use zener diodes at all? Its Not nessary...

hello friend,
you go through the data sheet of ULN2803. it doesn't need any zener diode as i have used this IC for unipolar stepper driving.only thing is here to use the proper sequence of driving.

thanks a lot u all!!
