hello guys
i am new here , i really need your help
i am doing a circuits project , link here

and i can't find the L14F1 transistor in my country i really need an alternative,
can you please tell me all alternatives to this transistor you know

:) L14F1 is very famous transistor ... anyways ... as per the circuit goes, you can replace it by widely available IR receiver diode. Connect cathode of this IR diode to pin 3 of OPAMP and anode to ground.

i wonder if you remember names of diodes of that type , please tell me all the codes of diodes of this type you know because its not easy to find this things in egypt, thaaaank again for your help

Actually, those diodes are generic you can ask the person at the counter "Infrared receiving diode" or "IR sensor diode"
