www.roboticstrends.com

This is not really a magazine but these guys are quite well in touch with the current scenario. In fact they conduct two major events on robotics in the US annually - RoboBusiness & RoboDevelopment

Paid Membership:

Unmanned Magazine:
http://www.auvsi.org/publications/

You can also keep track of sites to be up-to-date. These sites have information trickling in from various parts of the world:
hackaday.com
hackedgadgets.com
adafruit.com - Maintained by Ladyada, Open Source hardware kits

Also on the magazine sites, look for online versions so that you do not have to wait for the print to be mailed.
