My load is a motor. So how do i make it?
Please reply soon.

[Please - do not double post !!!]

BEAM circuits look simple , but they are not simple at all. It is not for beginners. BEAMers expect you to know a lot of stuff and do not elaborate much.
The Solar Engine schematic is a basic building block. The 2N3904 will only oscillate and will not be able to drive a motor. The black box will consist of the Load motor and a motor drive circuit, usually from a transistor onwards.

The black box will be a power transistor with the Motor as load. The 2N3904 collector marked 'e' will connect to the driver base and switch the motor ON-OFF; v=Vcc, g= -ve ( ground).
