It clearly says that the competition is open to Third and fourth year students of Engineering colleges and institutions in India.

I don't think its for students...Damm

According to me the rule should have been the competition is for children of fourth year or less.

there r lots of robotics competition in India n i think u will be eligible in at least one of them..
the task of this one itself requires a very solid team of at least 6 ppl 2 from each branch ( mech, comp, tronics ) to complete the task.... plus lot of sleepless night and late submission with low attendance....need lot of courage n passion to do this.....
