Expected features depends on what the robot is meant for. As far as my understanding goes,

Global navigation is for travelling between two given points. Keeping the the position relative to other elements in a given environment. Best example would be Auto Pilot on aircrafts travelling long distances. On the other hand, Local navigation is when you have sensors in the robot to always keep track of the absolute position of the robot in the given map. This is when the robot has to perform tasks within the given environment. No need for examples as mostly all the robots we deal with use local navigation techniques.

Please frame your question better so that we can answer better. That question looks like it has been taken off some homework assignment for a class.

I also hate this problem when people post question like - Can you give me circuit for Remote ?? or Circuit of Line Follower.

It would be better if you frame your question well & tell your requirements.
