Take the PCB and solder the components on it. simple.

Or did you mean how to design the remote i.e. schematics etc ?
For that we need to see the schematics of the receiving side.

i mean the schematics for a manual wired robot with specificetion of four 24 volt batteries n i wanna know how to control its movement using jcb remote pls tell me abt the circuit........

It is too simple

Simply purchase tv game remote (Rs. 25) open it, destroy internal COB connection , manually solder the wire across each button
another end will go to you board.
Refer L293D based circuit , For more info you must tell us what you are going to do

Or you need completely non - electronic approach without IC , transistors like in one of your JCB toys.

Jcb implementation is quite simple, for something like that, do the following:

take appropriate length of wire, and
two dpdt switches of type spring load center OFF (must have 6 contact points)

1* *2
3* *4 (dpdt switch, "*" represent contact points.
5* *6

1. Take a wire (wire 0) and Connect (+ ) polarity of Motor1 with (-) polarity of Motor2 with it.
2. Take 3 wires, connect wire1 to (-) polarity of Motor 1.
3. Connect wire 2 to (+) polarity of Motor 2.
4. Connect wire 3 to wire 0.
5. Now take a dpdt switch 1 and connect wire 1 & wire 2 to contacts 3 and contact 4 of switch1.
6. Connect (+) polarity of battery to contact 1 and contact 6.
7. Connect (-) polarity of battery to contact 2 and contact 5.
8. Now take switch 2, connect wire 3 to contact 2 and contact 5 (switch 2).
9. Connect wire 1 to contact 1 and contact 6 (switch 2)
10. Connect (+) polarity of battery to contact 3.
11. Connect (-) polarity of battery to contact 4.

Switch 1 for forward/back and Switch 2 for left/right.

join motor terminals to battery, rotation in one direction, exhange the terminals, rotation other direction. Use switches to do that.

Dont use L293D for manual robot, you will be wasting your time. Rather get batteries that are fit for your motors.

i want to know how to design a jcb not dpdt switch pls sumbody help.......
n i just have to clear obstacles n complete a land track using my robot pls help

You want eveything from here and still call it "my robot" LOL.

By the way what do you mean by JCB again?? What do you think the buttons and joysticks on the controllers finally are?? THEY ARE SWITCHES
