Robot should be able to carry 100 kg payload.

I found these selling on line in India

Whats the distance between wheel to wheel?? There is a chance for the shaft to bend if the base area of the robot is a bit big.

and, 100Kg with 4 motors and a 500mm dia wheel will mean at least 80Kg cm / motor...

Wheel diameter is about 19 cm , Distance b/w wheel axial is about 40 cm.

if you need to climb slight inclines - say upto 10 degrees.. you will need at least 100Kgcm at each motor. (using 4 motors). If no inclines are expected - 30-40 Kg will be needed, assuming the load will not be distributed evenly on the payload area. It is always safer to use 60Kgcm motors at 24V.

The real problem will be shaft bend. Avoid connecting wheels to the motor shaft directly. I dont think Nex motors will suit this applications. If speed is not of an issue,

Payload capacity is for flat surfaces only ... those droid motors are expensive ( add to them they are heavy so expensive shipping and 30 % import duty ) ... any alternatives in India.

Also any idea for the mathematical knowledge required to design the these details, im from a CSE background so have no idea.
