I would like to develop a wireless robot with 12V-7Ah battery, Atom processor, Webcam and WIFI Connectivity. Can somebody suggest me to select a best suited atom processor ?

Thanks in advance

Yes the board i mentioned perfectly fits your requirements. Basic current requirements are 500 mA.

You can also look into ARM based platform but they turn out more expensive as the dev kits are not consumer products. Even BeagleBoard XM / Blackfin based ones are more exp and less powered.
