i want to buy a good and flexible micro controller development board

actually i want any arduino compatible board that is flexible enough like arduino uno. so i can have atleast 6 pwm outputs.

Then any Arduino would do :) ... Look into probots arduino its cheap , just replace Atmega8 with Atmega 328 and your set.

also tell me what are the cheap alternatives to that i can easily find... with a atmega 328 uc .

Why don't you build your own development board? I have built one using tutorials at http://www.robotplatform.com/howto/dev_board/atmega8_dev_board_1.html and using in line follower robot. Instead of Atmega8, use Atmega168 or Atmega328 and it will be good.

Arduino is good i heard, but more good if you build all yourself. You learn more.
