IS it possible to make 1:1 connectors like these at home? Does anybody have any video links or other tutorials?

Link - 1 to 1 Black Connector - Nex Robotics (http://www.nex-robotics.com/products/electronic-components/connector/1-to-1-black-connector.html)

And is it possible to make 1:1 male jumper wires instead of female?

These links seem pretty descriptive

http://www.basicxandrobotics.com/tutorials/jumpers/index.html (Female)
http://www.philrobotics.com/diy-jumper-wires (General /Male)

I usually end up with using stripped off cat5 (lan cable) or telephone wires for male breadboard jumpers as they are stiff and do the job.

Yep u can, but why go for it? time is costlier than money.. also at Rs 6.72 they are overpriced you can get them much cheaper cheaper at Local Electronics Stores.
