How to make 1:1 connectors at home?

IS it possible to make 1:1 connectors like these at home? Does anybody have any video links or other tutorials?

And is it possible to make 1:1 male jumper wires instead of female?

I usually end up with using stripped off cat5 (lan cable) or telephone wires for male breadboard jumpers as they are stiff and do the job.

Yep u can, but why go for it? time is costlier than money.. also at Rs 6.72 they are overpriced you can get them much cheaper cheaper at Local Electronics Stores.
