Hi
I am in the US and I found this site very useful. Although my profession is not robotics but my son is very excited in this subject matter.
Let's cut the chase, what I am looking, is there any one wants to sell a resonable ,price wise, simple , easy to program robot/robotic arm/robot related toy or some thing educational for him that I can order. I can send money order or dd from here or pay you using paypal and you send me the item mail it to me. By the way my son is in his 5th grade. Any suggestion? Please let me know if you any online store that I canbuy from too. TIA

LOL..

no offence sir (I am sorry if TIA is your name, in that case ,ma'am? ), but you are in the US.. and we usually import lotsa stuff from the US.. so you askin us for stuff is kinda confusing.. anyways..

Google for robot kits and you'll get what you want..

some good tried and tested sites are..

http://www.lynxmotion.com

http://www.hobbytron.com/RobotArmKits.html

hope this helps.. coz ordering from india will also put some levy (I suppose) which will make stuff even costlier..

P.S. The Lego Mindstorms is the best possible kit you can buy for your son if he is that interested in Robotics, it is a toy as well as an advanced robotics kit as you can program it as well.. please go through the documentation of the Lego Mindstorms.
