Rating: 2 votes, 3.50 average.
Riduino is a Arduino based Kit. If you dont know what Arduino is , here is a brief intro -

Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for artists, designers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in creating interactive objects or environments.
Our aim here at Robotics India was to introduce a Indian Variant which was affordable yet compliant with the official platform. Our main target platform is windows as most people use Windows in India , Though it works on Linux and Mac too. Riduino is a subpart of our larger kit the Affordable Robotics Platform.

We will be posting all Riduino related projects and tutorials like getting started , building robots , cool gadgets etc here in this blog.

As for the name Riduino it is Robotics India + Arduino .

First of all, I must congratulate the team here behind the design and development of RIduino. I'm a beginner at robotics and was looking for Arduino boards to start with. The overall cost with shipping to India was coming somewhere around USD $50-60. It's really cool of you guys to develop a cost-effective board on the Arduino standards. This is gonna be big!!

Somewhere on this forum, I read that the RIduino comes with Atmega8 microcontroller. I think it won't hurt if I purchase a RIduino along with a separate Atmega32 and replace the Atmega8 which comes along. I just needed a confirmation before I purchased the board+microcontroller. Also, it would be great if someone could please put up full specs of this board. That would certainly help newbies like me.

is this open source ?? I did not find any circuit or eagle files
are you interested in giving source so that it can be made at home at low cost
    and also expect some modification.
if you share it will be helpful to others.
