    it has all 4 N channel enhancement mosfets{IRFZ44N}...

    and this prob persists even if i use a PMOS on top...

    but with smps its working perfectly without...

    the mos which i m using is rated for 49 amps cont. drain current...
    motors current rating is around 4 -6 amps...
    so tat shud not be a prob.
