Balooning needs permit from DGCA & Police. It is granted only to Registered companies, Edu institutes and not to individuals.

Aerial photography is banned in India.

    Hi all,
Docel is right.Once i was also thinking of making something like this.I had a RC helicopter. It was costly about 8k & had range of 250-300mts.I thought of increasing its range & adding an wireless camera.Adding of camera was easy i just needed a small camera & VHF transmitter & reciever. For increasing the range i came across power amplifiers & modules from futuba. Then i got to know about amatuer radio license.I needed a radio license from some government air institute. They don't give it to indivuals. So i skipped my idea.

    Regards Akshay
