    I say just cut the pcb.
    Its not going to be any use without the LCD anyways.

    Thanks all for the suggestions. These are really helpful. I dont really trust my desoldering/soldering skills to an extent where I would want to start playing with SMD's. I think I'll probably ask a mobile repair shop to solder thin wires over each joint and then get the pcb cut.

    what you do this lcd? do you use for another cellphone or for robot.I have thrown all of my electronic components but still i was always thinking to make something in my life.I see a lot of technology parts lying on the road
    Its hard to remove from pcb i have tried a long back to remove leds that are used to display numbers and i failed thrown the circuit.

    Suresh it's a low cost graphic lcd which hobbyist can use in their projects.

    You will need a good graphics library to interface it. Believe me, its not easy. If you dont have the library already, I think you will be spending a lot of time for this before you get this thing work.
