    Question wireless

    hi
    i need a wireless transciever for my robot
    it must be a uart based.any thing other than CC2500 or tx and rx modules
    please suggest me one

    around RS.1000

    also it will be better if it is a cheapest bluetooth
    or if not possible sugggest me other rf

    if speed is not critical
    Purchase cheap mobile phone and Use DTMF based trx-rcx. This will give unlimited range

    for my project speed is not important i need to send only byte of data for processing.
    please tell me more about DTMF base trx-rcx.

    You may try RFM12 transceivers. Seem easy to program. Available on RI store.
    I tried to buy a pair but didnt hear much from RI expect a few mails. So finally bought CC2500 from sunrom.

    You might also want to checkout xbee (or is it zigbee) modules. Will have to search for a good deal though.

    I have bought DTMF based board from kitsnspares cost Rs.175 only only one module is needed and advantages is i can control it from all over the world using mobile phone.
    and it is simple to use also
