    Lightbulb Request for live chat

i would like to see a new feature in robotics india.
    Live chat
It will be more use full than to get help by posting and clearing doubts.
it would be even better if it had live video and audio like google talk.
there are several free versions of live chat rooms are also available online.
for example see my website (liveZilla live support at side bar) it offers many advanced feautures including a pc softwares to inspect the users and thier location. for 100% free.
or like the one at is also free.

if you wish can provide you installation service for 100% free of cost

If anyone remembers, We had live chat on Ri before moving to vbulletin. It was quite useless as most of the members dont log in at same times.
Moreover in chat, you would get help from one or two people, whereas forums allow a lot of our senior users to drop in post helpful comments.

We already have user location inspection (even though we dont need it nor use it) and a lot of other tools built in this CMS.

Shout box is pretty much like live chat. and if you noticed, there is not much activity there as well.
