    No wonder ur a Bluehat.
Hmm .....Do you know and microcontroller..
You get these chips from FTDI.. they allow you to connect to the USB and it appears as a COM port on your PC.

Some Microcontrollers from Microchip support USB .

has anyone tried USB chips, or done any kind of USB interfacing?
I want to interface my USB bluetooth dongle to a uC.
If using the USB controller makes it appear like any other serial port, we can
just plugin the dongles on both ends and make the bot wireless, this could be more difficult than it seems, but wud like to play around anyways.

I think we can use lower level bluetooth protocols the way they are (we wud have to coz they would be wired into the device) and design our own simple higher level protocols. the end product might not be a standard bluetooth system, but we can atleast transfer bits wirelessly at comparatively higher speeds and low cost.

are these chips available in India?
