ultrasonic distance meters

Im a robotics engineer working at IIT Delhi. I want ultrasonic distace meters, which could give quite accurate results. I want to implement them in a Wheeled Mobile Robot. Please inform me, if you have any information that could help me.

well,
i want redymade solution to some extent.... bcoz, i do not want to go deep into how distance is measured. i just want the distances, n want to use them in the system.... can u please give me a solution for the problem. i want to measure the distances and want the input in a computer. so as to use that in a c++ program.

try getting hold of a srf04 sonar module....
if u r an iitian, ask some of ur eniors to get it from US.
it is a wonderful module.
